Simplified Timekeeping for your teams with HR Chronicle Mobile App

What if majority of your staff does not work in an office environment and do not have access to a PC or a mobile device and you have multiple work locations. In this scenario you may not be able to fully utilize a location-based time and attendance solution whether on mobile or by any other means. You may have teams reporting to a manager, with whom they work offsite on a daily basis at multiple work locations, locations keep on changing based on the need. To add to this all team members may not be interested to individually carry a smartphone to do the time in and time out as required, as it may seem unnecessary and tedious to them.
HR Chronicle has introduced a feature called “TIME KEEPING”, to record the presence and calculate the time spent on each work location each day for all the team members without having them to interact with technology, here the HR assigns the Manager to the team of employees, who work with the Manager off site. Each employee is assigned a printable unique QR Code Card. At each work location, the QR Code Card is scanned on the Managers’, HR Chronicle Mobile App, and their presence is recorded, once the job is completed at the work location, they will sign out again with the same QR Code Card scan in the Managers’ Mobile App. In this way each team member need not individually have HR Chronicle Mobile App, simplifying the process to sign and sign out, without a lot of technical know-how.
This can further be categorized into each work locations and validated by Geo Fencing feature of HR Chronicle Mobile App, you can set the latitude and longitude of each work location, which further will restrict the sign and sign out to specific allowed work locations only. Reports can be generated in various formats, like first in and last out, also multiple sign-in sign-out report, etc.
We identified that there could be many organizations, who have work teams working under a manager, off-site, this feature will help them in getting more data in terms of work they conduct, and help them in identifying and optimizing the time spent by teams, at various work locations, so they can make better decisions with accurate and real time data.
