ACH
ACH stands for Automated Clearing House. Automated Clearing House (ACH) is an electronic network used by financial organizations to process transactions in batches. Generally, an ACH transfer takes a couple of days to process as it requires setup and confirmation from the receiving party. Payroll direct deposit, automatic loan payment withdrawals, online bill pay are some examples of ACH transfers. Most of the ACH transfers are automated and can be set up as one-time or recurring transactions.
