Simple examples would be if an employee wants to their payslips to be emailed, they could simply ask the bot to send emails for 6 months from Jan to June, and this bot would easily shoot all payslips password protected to the employee’ inbox. Another example would be if an employee needs to know their annual leave balance, this bot can tell them exactly, what the balance is, how many team members have planned leaves in their own team, and more information like this. One more would be an employee is being harassed they want to complain, but they don’t have access to the correct policy documents, the employee can simply ask the bot “How do I complain about my colleague” the bot would oblige with the correct process. These are some of the simplistic scenarios, the possibilities are endless.
Hiring and Firing Trends
